Fixed a bug where a recording could stop on its own partway through a Google Meet call — often followed by the “meeting detected” popup reappearing, sometimes right after you resumed. AskHumans now treats a failed meeting check as “couldn’t tell” rather than “the meeting ended”, so recordings keep running through the busy moments (screen sharing, heavy CPU load) that used to trip it up.

AskHumans now automatically retries connecting to your microphone if it doesn’t start on the first try, so a brief hiccup accessing your mic no longer stops a recording before it begins.
If a recording drops out in the middle of a meeting, AskHumans now quietly restarts it a few times before giving up — so a momentary glitch is far less likely to cost you part of the conversation.

Opening a meeting link now takes you straight to that meeting once you've signed in, instead of dropping you on the dashboard — so shared “Open in desktop app” links land exactly where you expect.
Fixed spurious “Network Error” messages at startup. When AskHumans launches automatically at login before your connection is ready, it now waits for the network and quietly retries instead of showing errors.

AskHumans now shuts down cleanly when you restart, shut down, or log out of your computer. Previously it could hold up the process — on macOS you'd see an “AskHumans failed to quit” message — so now your shutdown or restart goes through without interruption.

Fixed a Windows issue where clicking the AskHumans icon at the start of a call didn’t bring the window back — the app could appear closed, leaving you unable to start recording. Clicking AskHumans now reliably reopens the window so you’re always ready to capture your meeting.
